Facebook Contest Rules

By entering our Facebook contest, you agree to the following terms and rules:

SPONSOR

The sponsor of this contest is Brents & Sons of Morrilton, Arkansas.

ELIGIBILITY

Arkansas residents age 18 and older who live in Conway, Perry, or Pope counties may enter this contest. Employees, contractors, vendors, and persons affiliated with Brents & Sons are not eligible to enter this contest. If selected as the winner, you agree to appear in person on Randy’s birthday — May 26, 2016 — to receive your prize in person at Brents & Sons (807 N. St. Joseph St., Morrilton, Arkansas).

ENTRY PERIOD

The contest will remain open until 11:59 PM on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 (Central Time).

HOW TO ENTER

1. Complete the contest entry form on our Facebook Contest Page with a valid email address and your guess of how much money is in the jar pictured on the contest page.
2. Please “Like” our page and help us promote this contest by using the Share or Tweet link (not required, but appreciated).

WINNER SELECTION/PRIZE

The person whose guess is closest to the amount in the jar without going over the amount will be declared the winner. The prize in this contest is the jar of money. In the event of a tie, the money will be split evenly between winners. Randy Brents, owner of Brents & Sons, will confirm the winner’s eligibility.

PRIZE PRESENTATION

The jar of money will be presented in person on Randy’s birthday (May 26, 2016), and the winner will be announced on Facebook, on the Brents & Sons website, and on other media platforms as determined by Randy and Shelley Brents.

PUBLICITY AGREEMENT

If you are selected as the winner, you authorize Brents & Sons to use your name and/or image for publicity purposes, including online and/or newspaper, TV, radio, and other advertising platforms.

USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

By entering this contest, you authorize Brents & Sons to use your contact information to provide you periodic informational and/or promotional content should they desire to do so.

DISCLAIMER

Brents & Sons has sole and complete discretion regarding all contests related maters. All decisions regarding qualifications, selection or disqualification of a entrant(s) and/or winner(s) shall be subject to the sole and complete discretion of Randy and Shelley Brents.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Contestants, as a condition of entry, agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Brents & Sons and affiliated companies, their vendors, their advertising, promotion and public relation agencies, and their affiliates and agencies, and all officers, directors, employees and agents of the aforesaid entities, from any and all claims and costs, including attorney’s fees, relating to, arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or the receipt or use of any prize.

In so doing, contestant releases and indemnifies the aforesaid entities and individuals in this contest or the receipt or use of any prize. In no event shall Brents & Sons be held liable to a contestant for acts or omissions arising out of or related to this contest or that contestant’s participation in the contest.
